Raspberries are a sweet addition to your salad greens. If they’re not in season, use the frozen organic version. Allow them to thaw for 20 minutes and they’re ready for you.

You can do the same anytime you crave the taste of the fruit you love when it’s not in season. Try out the recipe below with peaches, strawberries, or kiwi and enjoy the taste of summer year-round!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh (or thawed frozen)

  • 1/8 cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Himalayan salt and Ground black pepper to taste

Make it:

  • Toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 20-30 seconds, until smooth..

  • Pour over your favourite salad combination and enjoy!
