Sheila Botelho is a business strategist, founder coach, and podcast host operating as a sole proprietorship based in Crystal Beach, Ontario, Canada. This website, sheilabotelho.com, is owned and operated by Sheila Botelho.

Offers, Programs, and Services

Sheila Botelho offers a range of business strategy services, containers, programs, and digital products. Offers, pricing, and availability are subject to change. The terms specific to each engagement will be confirmed at point of purchase or enrollment. For custom or bespoke services, a separate agreement may be issued and will govern that engagement.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the immediate access to intellectual property and the nature of these professional experiences, all payments are final and non-refundable. Sheila Botelho does not offer refunds on any digital products, programs, services, group containers, or VIP intensives once payment has been made and access or delivery has been initiated.

This policy applies to all offers and any digital resources, recordings, or materials delivered as part of an engagement.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to it in full.

Payment Plans. Where a payment plan is offered, all installments are due as scheduled. Canceling a payment plan does not cancel the total obligation owed. Any unpaid installments remain due, and access to programs or containers may be suspended until the balance is settled.

Exceptions. In the rare circumstance where a program is canceled by Sheila Botelho before delivery begins, a full refund will be issued. No other exceptions apply.

Rescheduling. Breakthrough Day sessions may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of 14 business days' notice. Rescheduling within 14 business days of the session date or a no-show forfeits the session without refund or credit.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Sheila Botelho to resolve the concern is a breach of these terms. Any chargeback will be disputed, and the matter may be referred for collections.

Nature of Services

Sheila Botelho's work is business strategy, leadership development, and personal growth support. It is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

Results from working with Sheila Botelho vary by individual and are not guaranteed. The outcomes you experience depend on many factors including your own commitment, circumstances, and implementation.

If you require legal, financial, psychological, or medical guidance, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.

Intellectual Property

All content on sheilabotelho.com, including podcast episodes, newsletter issues, program materials, frameworks, videos, written content, and proprietary tools (including the Expansion Season Scale and Expansion Blockers framework), is the intellectual property of Sheila Botelho.

You may access content for your own personal use. You may not:

Reproduce, republish, or distribute content in any form without written permission
Sell, license, or use content commercially
Share program materials with people outside your paid enrollment
Use content in training AI models or automated systems
Scrape, mine, or systematically extract data from this website

Purchasing access to a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own growth and business application. It does not grant any ownership or right to redistribute.

Confidentiality

Group containers and programs may include content shared by other participants. You agree to keep what other members share confidential. This means not repeating, sharing, or discussing other people's business, personal, or financial information outside the container.

This obligation of confidentiality continues after your membership or program participation ends.

Sheila Botelho is not responsible for the actions or disclosures of other participants. If a participant breaches confidentiality, that is their responsibility alone. Sheila Botelho cannot be held liable for the behavior of third parties within or outside any program or container.

Acceptable Use and Community Standards

Sheila Botelho's spaces, programs, and containers are built on respect, integrity, and genuine collaboration. Participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with Sheila Botelho and other participants
Maintain confidentiality as outlined above
Show up with honesty and a commitment to their own growth
Refrain from soliciting other members for their own products or services without permission

Sheila Botelho reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or container whose conduct is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of the community. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund.

This website must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, and must not be used to transmit malicious software or unsolicited commercial communications of any kind.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This website and all its content are provided "as is." Sheila Botelho makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any content on this site.
