Hi, I’m Sheila
I’m a business strategist, mentor, and podcaster with more than 30 years’ experience across wellness, sales, and transformational coaching. My sweet spot? Guiding women who’ve done the work — women who are already successful — to expand in ways that feel aligned, audacious, and deeply fulfilling. I know what it’s like to chase achievement at the expense of presence and joy. What I’ve learned is this:

I didn’t always lead from self-trust.
I used to be a perfectionist do-it-aller who lived in her head, and was all about pushing through and proving that I could go it alone. I was the woman who held off on the fun stuff, the celebrations, until I got to the bottom of my to-do list (which rarely, if ever, happened.)
Then 10 years ago, tragedy hit. My beloved sister, Heather, was suddenly diagnosed with cancer at the age of 43. And as I sat by her side for her six remaining weeks, I began to see the sad reality that incredible women like her experience when they overwork and put everyone’s needs before their own, denying themselves what’s most important — deep meaningful moments of presence and pleasure.
I realized that what we’re taught about how to reach our goals and manifest our dreams is backwards.
We are born inherently worthy, therefore we do not need to earn our worth by working harder.
The play, pleasure, presence and plain old fun that we’re taught to put off until we “make it”, are what actually fuel an overflowing joyful energy that lives inside of all of us. And this fuel, when harnessed, not only feels deliciously good in your body, but also brings to life the BIG DREAM creativity, impact and success that you were born for.
Today, I take Heather’s legacy on my mission to teach women how to amplify their business impact and success through honoring presence, pleasure and play. I help women unlearn the old ways of being and doing business, and teach them how celebrating life and feeling good in their bodies, hearts and souls pays off for themselves, everyone around them and their bank account.
