Sheila Botelho and her team celebrate and welcome the diversity and inclusion of people regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and religion. This includes thoughts, ideas, beliefs and experiences. We are a pro-inclusion and anti-racism business dedicated to upholding and enforcing policies and practices to support it.

Indigenous Land Acknowledgment

Sheila Botelho lives and works in Crystal Beach, Ontario, on the traditional territory of the Attawandaron (Neutral), Haudenosaunee, and Anishinaabe peoples. This land is within the area governed by the Niagara Treaty of 1781 and remains home to many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples today.

We acknowledge the enduring presence and deep connection of Indigenous peoples to this land and recognize that our ability to live and work here is the result of historical and ongoing systems of colonization, displacement, and assimilation. The impacts of these actions continue to be felt in Indigenous communities across Canada.

As beneficiaries of these lands, we hold a responsibility to learn this history, to listen to Indigenous voices, and to contribute to a future built on truth, respect, and reciprocal relationship. Land acknowledgments are one small step toward that ongoing work.
