The Sales Job That Became My Actual Work
Years before Seasons Circle had a name, I walked into a sales role certain it was my whole path forward. I loved the work. I was good at it. And I was handed a script that felt robotic the moment I tried to use it, because it asked me to treat people like numbers instead of people
I rewrote it. Not because I was told to, but because I couldn’t operate any other way and still feel like myself. What followed became one of the clearest examples in my own career of what I now teach through the Seasons Success Method and Self Care for Business: that the plan built from alignment almost always returns more than the plan built from compliance.
I realized partway through that season that the sales job had actually been coaching the entire time.
