I had a moment with myself this week that stopped me in my tracks. When you’re present, everything expands. It’s simple enough to miss and true enough to change how you move through your next chapter.

This isn’t about personality type or wiring. Presence expands things for everyone, in relationships, in parenting, in leadership. The founders and leaders I work with already know how to access this. They do it naturally in parts of their life without even trying. The invitation is bringing that same quality into the one room they’ve been protecting from it, their work.

Through the lens of leading from the inside out, this is what sustainable expansion actually looks like. It comes from presence, not more action. From steadiness, not performance. That’s the foundation this season is asking us to build from.
