Lately I’ve been thinking about the conversations that happen behind the scenes. The Voxer threads, the voice notes, the late night reflections where ideas stretch beyond what most people talk about publicly.
Sometimes I imagine what someone would think if they could step inside those conversations. They might say, wow, this feels far outside the scope. And yet, that inner terrain is often where the real leadership lives.
