You Can Feel Your Next Level Before You Can Explain It
Lately, I’ve been noticing something familiar. That moment when you can feel your next level so clearly in your body, but your mind has not quite caught up yet. Nothing looks dramatically different on the outside, but internally, something has already shifted. If you’ve been building for a while, you know this season. It shows up before the strategy, before the words, before the plan makes sense.
This minisode is about that space. The in between. The subtle pull toward what’s next, even when you cannot yet articulate why. I’m sharing how often our most powerful decisions arrive through intuition first, long before logic steps in. And why this is not a problem to fix, but a sign that your leadership is evolving.
